JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOUR DREAMCOAT’ SCHOOL PRODUCTION 2022 – FINAL INFORMATION

Dear Families,

 

Thank you for allowing your child to perform in our long-awaited School Production. Attached is all the information you will need for the show. Please refer to the relevant year group for your child / children.

TRAVEL

ALL pupils will travel to school in the morning as usual and will be bussed to the theatre during the day for rehearsals. They will stay at the theatre after school until the performance starts and will need collecting from the theatre at 6.30pm after the show.

 

 

Year 7 School Production Information

 

• DATE – Thursday 30^th June 2022.
• TIMES – 5.00pm to 6.30pm.
• VENUE – Sale Waterside Theatre, Sale, M33 7ZF.

 

We are providing most of the costumes however your child will need to provide the following :

 

Year 8 School Production Information

 

• DATE – Friday 1^st July 2022.
• TIMES – 5.00pm to 6.30pm.
• VENUE – Sale Waterside Theatre, Sale, M33 7ZF.

 

We are providing most of the costumes however your child will need to provide the following :

 

Year 9 School Production Information

 

• DATES – Thursday 30^th June and Friday 1^st July 2022.
• TIMES – 5.00pm to 6.30pm.
• VENUE – Sale Waterside Theatre, Sale, M33 7ZF.

 

We are providing most of the costumes however your child will need to provide the following :

• GIRLS – plain black leggings, black socks, trainers

 

Year 10 School Production Information

 

• DATES – Thursday 30^th June and Friday 1^st July 2022.
• TIMES – 5.00pm to 6.30pm.
• VENUE – Sale Waterside Theatre, Sale, M33 7ZF.

 

We are providing most of the costumes however your Year 10 child will need a pair of plain black pumps. They need to bring these into school NAMED ASAP for safe keeping.

FOOD AND DRINK

• Your child will need to bring plenty to drink (no fizzy or energy drinks).
• If they are on free school meals then a packed lunch will be provided.
• If not then they will need to bring a packed lunch.
• We will provide snacks before the evening performances but they are welcome to bring their own snacks too – NO NUTS due to allergies within the cast.

 

WHAT TO WEAR ON THE DAY

• Pupils must come to school in their P.E. t-shirts as the theatre gets hot.
• Pupils must come to school in their black trousers or leggings that they are wearing for the show – if they do not then they won’t be allowed on stage as this is their costume.
• Pupils who we are providing trousers for can choose to wear school trousers, leggings or P.E. kit shorts.

 

PHOTOS AND VIDEOS

 

Photos and videos must NOT be taken of any part of the show.

Doing so breaches GDPR regulations and Licensing copywrite rules.

We will be taking photos for use in school.
